這是一首西洋老歌，是由Frank Sinatra(法蘭克．辛納區)所唱。

外號「瘦皮猴」的法蘭克．辛納區出生於1915年12月12日美國五六十年代，他是爵士樂的代表人物。1998年5月14日辛納區因心臟病病逝，享年83歲。由於他在歌唱、電影甚至整個娛樂事業的卓越表現，法蘭克．辛納屈因此被譽為「二十世紀最偉大的藝人」。《 My Way》的旋律優美，歌詞懇切而堅定，總結了Frank Sinatra的人生道路，堪稱他一生的代表作。
